Return Policy

At Island Way, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with any Island Way product, please contact us to discuss a replacement or refund. In order for you to get a replacement or refund, we require a proof of purchase, such as: a copy of your receipt, and/or a cut-out of the bar code on the back of the Island Way Sorbet box. Please note: if you purchased Island Way Sorbet at Costco Wholesale, you may return the sorbet at Costco for a full refund, if you are not fully satisfied with the product.
